Narcissus moncorvo from JJA seed 1986.

                                          Narcissus moncorvo from Glenbrook Bulbs.

This little Narcissus is multiplying well for me now, it took a couple of years to make a clump for me, but is now looking lovely.
Narcissus moncorvo is a jonquilla daffodil a miniature hybridized by John W. Blanchard 1986. Seed parent N. jonquilla and the pollen parent N. rupicola sub sp Watieri, and only grows to about 10cm in height and needs full sun and a well drained position. There is very little information on this little bulb, I could not find any reference to it in John Blanchard's book even though the book was published in 1990. But it is registered on the Daffodil register, just gorgeous.
